Coaches should meet with parents, athletes and fellow coaches to advise them that any act of aggression will be met with severe consequences for individuals, teams and/or
club. In addition, the team could be suspended from any AAU competition at AAU’s discretion.
Parents and spectators are prohibited from offensive or hostile language towards coaches, athletes, referees or other parents before, during or after games. Disorderly behavior will not be TOLERATED.
It is the coaches’ responsibility to maintain your teams’ sportsmanship. We suggest you discuss this memo with your fellow coaches, parents and athletes.
